Thought you guys would like to see the how the fight between Jackson and the water hose turned out. Not so good for Jackson. Poor guy. I am not sure what happened, but somehow Jackson tripped over the hose and landed smack on his forehead. And had a big ol' knot to show for it. It sounded like a melon cracking open when it happened. Thank goodness he didn't hit his teeth.
We had a really nice day yesterday for Mother's Day. I am so blessed to have such a loving husband and wonderful child, no matter how little he sleeps! The day was beautiful and we did get out some. Several attempts were made at a mother/son picture. As you can see, our many attempts were very unsuccessful. Oh well. Just par for the course with Jackson, the mover and shaker, these days. Maybe we will get a good picture someday. I wish we had been able to spend the day with our Mother's too. Grammy and Mere-Mere, we hope you know how much you mean to us all. Thank you for loving us and being such great Moms! We love you!

Happy Mom's Day! The first picture is really cute! I think Jackson was fed up after the first one, and wanted to run off and play. Hope you had a great day! Miss you!

We agree with Auntie Kat; the first one is the best and looks like that is all he was willing to do for the day.
At least, the bump did not require stitches! Typical "boy" stuff; probably more of those to come in the future. Glad it did not happen under Grammy & Grampy's watch. Look on the bright side; he could have been eating worms or something else just as gross.
