We have had some beautiful "Fall" like weather here the last week. It is starting to warm up again though. But the mornings have still been cooler and crisp. It is so nice to get a break from the heat and humidity. Yesterday we decided to spend the morning outside and enjoy the nice weather. First we headed to the coffee shop downtown to get our "motor running". Then we made our way down to the waterfront to walk around the Farmer's Market and waterfront area. Jackson enjoyed seeing all the big boats, but I think he enjoyed the kitties and puppies from the SPCA more! We stopped by the King Pet Treats booth and picked up some cat treats for "Mi-mo" and Tanga. After we walked around the Market for a bit, we decided to check out a "new to us" park nearby. It was a great park. The equipment was the perfect size for Jackson and it was shaded with plenty of benches to rest on. Jackson had a great time playing. Can you guess what his favorite thing was? You got it, climbing the ladder!! Maybe he will be a fireman when he grows up.
Our weekend was packed with lots more fun. Stay tuned for a Pirate Party and some cookout fun!
